Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, email support@khro.me with your event details and the photographer's name.
Gallery availability depends on your photographer's settings. Most galleries remain active for 30-90 days. Download your favorites before the link expires!
Yes! Look for a "Download All" button in your gallery. Individual photos can also be downloaded one at a time by clicking on them.
Reply STOP to any gallery notification text message. You'll be unsubscribed immediately and won't receive further messages. You can also email support to manage your preferences.
Try copying and pasting the full link into your browser. If it still doesn't work, the gallery may have expired or been removed. Contact support@khro.me for assistance.
Yes! You can share your gallery link with friends and family. They'll be able to view photos, but download permissions depend on the photographer's settings.
